April Theory, Warmer London Days & The Pollen Punch!

The “April Theory” is everywhere lately — and honestly, I’m here for it! If you haven’t heard of it yet, it’s the idea that April (not January) is actually the real fresh start. With more sunshine, blooming flowers, and lighter moods, it’s the perfect time to reboot your body and mind.
And guess what? London’s weather next week is totally vibing with this theory. We’re expecting gorgeous days with temperatures hitting around 20°C or more — finally!
But, there’s always a “but”… and this time it’s pollen. Yep, the trees are doing their thing and hay fever is on the rise — especially birch and oak pollen. If you’re sniffling, sneezing, or just feeling stuffy, you're definitely not alone. It’s one of the top reasons my massage clients cancel or show up feeling foggy-headed!
Here’s what I recommend for staying well this spring:
Stick to your self-care April is a beautiful time to detox your system — and lymphatic drainage massage is perfect for that (yes, I offer it!).

Wash it off After a walk or park hang, change your clothes and maybe rinse off — pollen clings more than we think!
